Chapter 5 Subroutines

The following are the subroutines for Chapter 5 of the IERS Conventions 2003.  Subroutines marked with an asterisk (*) were provided by SOFA.

• IAU2000A subroutine - Produces celestial pole offsets. Based on MHB_2000.

   

• IAU2000B subroutine - Produces celestial pole offsets. Based on IAU2000B provided by USNO.

   

• XYS2000A subroutine - Produces X, Y, and s quantities. Based on Capitaine et al.  *
  

   

• GMST2000 subroutine - Produces GMST based on Capitaine et al.  *
  

   

• GST2000 subroutine - Produces GST based on Capitaine et al.  *
  

   

• EECT2000 subroutine - Produces the complementary terms in the equation of the equinoxes based on Capitaine et al.  *
  

   

• EE2000 subroutine - Produces the equation of equinoxes.  *
  

   

• ERA2000 subroutine - Produces the Earth rotation angle.  *
  

   

• SP2000 subroutine - Produces the position of the Terrestrial Ephemeris Origin on the equator of the Celestial Intermediate Pole.  *
  

   

• T2C2000 subroutine - Forms the TRS-to-CRS matrix.  *
  

   

• POM2000 subroutine - Forms the matrix of polar motion for a given date.  *
  

   

• CBPN2000 subroutine - Classic bias-precession-nutation matrix.  *
  

   

• BPN2000 subroutine - CEO-based bias-precession-nutation matrix.  *
  

   

• NU2000A subroutine - Nutation, IAU2000A model.  *
  

   

• NU2000B subroutine - Nutation, IAU2000B model.  *
